*Passages Youth Engagement Hubs

With a focus on removing as many barriers as possible for the most vulnerable people in our community, we offer a highly specialised homelessness service through Passages Youth Engagement Hubs.

Passages provides marginalised and at-risk young people with a safe, and positive place to access support services. Located in Perth and Peel, Passages offers practical assistance such as food, clothing, bathroom and laundry facilities and computer access. We provide individualised and therapeutic support to manage their crisis, develop life skills and access other support services to prevent further crisis and help provide a pathway out of homelessness.

In the last financial year Passages was visited over 4,855 times by young people aged 12-25 years.
