Vinnies WA has a main call centre in Canning Vale, as well as 17 emergency assistance centres located in regional areas, are the first point of contact for people seeking assistance. The centres are staffed by volunteers whose role is to support Vinnies members by making appointments for home visitations, and gathering information that helps assess and resource Vinnies Emergency Assistance.

Over 33,500 people reached out to Vinnies for help through our Emergency Assistance call centres over the past financial year which included the provision of financial support to pay utility bills, as well as rent or accommodation assistance.
